Terms and conditions of purchase

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

Last revised: October 2026.

These terms govern purchases made in the Floristería Marien online shop. We recommend that you read them before placing your order; by confirming it, you declare that you have read and accepted them.

1. Who we are

[Marien Martínez G. — complete full name] (Floristería Marien), Tax ID (NIF) 22989130-D, Plaza San Agustín, 11, 30320 Fuente Álamo de Murcia (Murcia), Spain. Email: info@floresmarien.com. Telephone: 680 19 92 41 and 968 59 75 22. More information in the legal notice.

You must be over 18 years of age to make a purchase.

2. Products and photographs

Each arrangement is handmade with fresh, natural seasonal flowers. Photographs are for guidance only: there may be slight differences in shape, size or shade. If any flower is unavailable, we will replace it with a similar one of equal or higher quality, respecting the style and colours of the design.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The cost of home delivery (5,50 € per order) is shown separately before you confirm the purchase, so that you know the total price.

4. How to place an order

  1. Add the products to your basket.
  2. Choose home delivery or in-store collection, the date and, where applicable, the time slot.
  3. Enter your details, the recipient's details and, if you wish, the gift card message.
  4. Review the summary, accept these terms and choose your payment method.

Once the order has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email with its details. If you notice an error in the details, please let us know as soon as possible by telephone or email.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge by notifying us before we start preparing it and, in any event, at least 24 hours before the delivery date. We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a general rule, in distance purchases consumers have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving any reason. However, the law excludes this right in certain cases that apply to most of our products (Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, TRLGDCU):

Therefore, once these products have been delivered, they cannot be returned by way of withdrawal. This does not affect your rights if the product arrives in poor condition or is not what you ordered (next section), nor the possibility of cancelling the order under the terms of section 7.

[If non-perishable, non-personalised products are sold (for example, pots, vases or other accessories), the 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from delivery does apply. Complete the procedure (how to notify withdrawal, 14-day refund period, who pays for the return) and include the withdrawal form — VERIFY]

9. Products in poor condition or not matching the order

If the product arrives in poor condition or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, by telephone or at info@floresmarien.com, sending us a photograph. We will look into it and either replace the product or refund the amount.

10. Guarantee

Non-perishable products (for example, pots, vases or other accessories) are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in the TRLGDCU. If any of them has a defect, contact us and we will tell you how to proceed.

11. Complaints

If you have any complaint, write to us at info@floresmarien.com, call us or visit the shop: we will try to resolve it as soon as possible. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamaciones) are available to you at the florist's.

You may also voluntarily refer the matter to the Consumer Arbitration System through the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Region of Murcia. Floristería Marien [is / is not — VERIFY] a member of the Consumer Arbitration System.

12. Data protection

We process your order data as set out in our privacy policy.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts and tribunals of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
